Bouquet: Warm spice, rose petals, tropical fruit, and ripe pear.
Palate: Vanilla bean, orange, and spice. Dry, rich, complex, and very long.
Serving Suggestions: Terrines and patés, Thai food, mild curries, smoked seafood and meats, soy-honey duck, blue and aged cheddar cheeses.

2007 Marlborough Pinot Gris
Bouquet: Intense ripe pear, red apple and mandarin orange.
Palate: Red apple, mandarin orange and spices.
Serving Suggestions: Versatile for pairing; from chicken to vegetarian dishes. Great with light blue cheese dishes, seafood risotto, Thai cuisine, and fresh fish such as trout and salmon.
